Private Sessions

Private sessions are the most intimate way to work with me. These 90-minute experiences weave together Breathwork, somatic movement, yoga-based grounding, and energy healing to help you release stress and patterns held in the body. 

 

We will work with the body-breath-and mind to unravel conditioned tendencies, regulate your nervous system and create space for a new way of being. You’ll also be given practices and tools to support your integration between sessions- so change doesn’t just happen in the session, but through your daily life. 

 

These sessions are available online or in person.

Community breath circles are group experiences designed to help you regulate, release, and reconnect in a shared space. Together we breathe, move and ground - returning to safety and presence as a collective. 

Each circle includes guided movement, conscious connected breathwork, nervous system tools to ground, and integration through stillness or meditation.
