​Healing doesn’t need to be dramatic or forced. Your body already knows how to heal - when it feels safe.

That’s why everything I offer begins with nervous system regulation. And the breath is the most direct doorway I’ve found.

Conscious Connected Breathwork - rewires your stress response, shifts emotional patterns, and brings your system into a felt experience of calm and clarity. It teaches your body what safety feels like - not just in your mind, but through your whole system. So you don’t just think differently - you live differently.

My sessions blend breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, energy work, and mind-body coaching, tailored to what your system needs. Everything is paced with softness, presence, and room to integrate.

About Paige

I'm Paige and I believe the breath  is the bridge back to who we truly are. I created Reset by Breath as a sanctuary for nervous system healing and intuitive awakening- a way to release stress, recharge your energy, and come back to balance. My path has shown me that beneath anxiety and overwhelm lies something far deeper: the wisdom of our intuition. 

 

I am a certified 300-hour breathing facilitator, 500-hour certified yoga teacher, mind-body coach, and energy practitioner. But more than that, I'm here to remind you that you can trust your body, your breath, and together, we can recalibrate your whole system.

I know what it feels like to carry stress, anxiety , and the weight of the world in my body. Breathwork changed my life by giving me a way to reset- and now I guide others through the same transformation.
