​Healing doesn’t need to be dramatic or forced. Your body already knows how to heal - when it feels safe.

That’s why everything I offer begins with nervous system regulation. And the breath is the most direct doorway I’ve found.​

Your nervous system speaks the language of the Tao:
Yang (activation) and yin (rest). Modern life keeps us stuck in yang—always "on," never truly restoring.

 

The middle way isn't balance. It's flow.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, we teach your body what safety feels like—not just in your mind, but through your whole system. Breathwork rewires your stress response, shifts emotional patterns, and brings you into a felt experience of calm and clarity.

So you don't just think differently—you live differently.

This isn't about pushing through or bypassing. It's about meeting your body exactly where it is and giving it permission to soften.

My sessions blend Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, mind-body coaching, and energy work—tailored to what your system needs. Everything is paced with softness, presence, and room to integrate.

How We Work Together

I work at the intersection of breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mind-body coaching.

We don't just move energy- we identify where you're stuck, release what's held, and show your body it's safe to embody the vision you're calling in.

​Through the Reset by Breath Method we work in five stages: 

  1. Clarify Your Vision: Where do you want to be? What do you want to feel? We get clear on your desired state- not just an idea, but as a felt sense in your body

  2. Identify Your Patterns: Your breath reveals where you're stuck. The way you breathe shows exactly where your nervous system learned to protect you - and where those patterns now hold you back. 

  3. Release Through Breathwork: Conscious Connected breathwork creates space. We move stuck energy, release old patterns and let your body remember what flow feels like.

  4. Rewire Your Nervous System: After breathwork, when your system is open and receptive, we use somatic practices to teach your body a new truth: the vision you're calling in is safe. Your nervous system learns to embody it. 

  5. Integrate Daily: You'll receive tools and practices to maintain regulation between sessions- so peace becomes your new normal, not just something you visit during our time together.

About Paige

I'm Paige and I guide people home to their bodies through the breath. 

The body is constantly giving us information. But sometimes, to keep us safe, we've disconnected. We feel numb to that information. Frozen by it. Or we're just not sure how to read the signals.

The middle way is regulation- where we can tune into the sensations and be with them as infromation. 

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, we go beneath the surface. We dive into the unconscious to see where these patterns started, where they are stored in the body.

And it that space, we show the body, that it's safe to hold this information. That it's safe to rest. That it's safe to let go of control. That it's safe to feel the energy of adventure and the vibration of alivness.

The breath is the bridge back to who we are

MY JOURNEY

A barista handed me a book: The Wise Heart by Jack Kornfield.

It opened a door. I discovered meditation, yoga, breathwork—practices that taught me how to feel again after years of numbing out.

I dove in. Read everything. Practiced daily. Let these tools become my path back to myself.

But eventually, I felt a whisper: Is this it? The safe job, the routine?

So I left. I traveled for two years—radically authentic, following what felt alive. I studied with teachers, sat in ceremony, learned from different traditions.

In India, during breathwork training, my teacher said: "Stop trying to control it. Let the breath breathe you."

That's when everything shifted. I saw how held I was by my own breath. How it was always there, showing me my natural state—peace, wholeness.

That's what I want everyone to feel. Not just know it intellectually, but embody it.

When someone drops into a session and the mind turns off, the body speaks, and they're simply being—there's nothing better.

Now I guide others home to that same remembering.

How I Work

My work brings together breathwork, nervous system science and mind-body coaching.

I use the breath as the main tool, along with somatic practices, envisioning, meditation, and movement. Everything is held in the breath. The way you breathe reveals where you're stuck. And through conscious breathing, you can release old patterns and embody new ones.

This isn't "healing by effort." This is healing by exhale.

I'm a certified 300-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, 500-hour Yoga Teacher, Mind-Body Coach, and Energy Practitioner. But more than certifications, I bring presence. I bring the understanding that your nervous system isn't something to fix—it's something to listen to.

When you work with me, you're not getting another technique. You're getting someone who can read your nervous system, meet you exactly where you are, and guide you home to your body—one breath at a time.
